Fulfillment Services
Through its Book Distribution Center, the University of Oklahoma Press provides complete fulfillment services for small to medium-sized publishers that prefer to focus on publishing great books rather than on order fulfillment. We are in Norman, Oklahoma, centrally located in the U.S. and on Interstate 35. Our warehouse and customer service call center, both state-of-the-art facilities, have more than 30,000 square feet of clean, secure space for storage and shipment. Currently we ship in excess of 36,000 orders annually.
Call Center
Our toll-free call center is staffed by four customer service representatives Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time). Your customers may place orders by phone, fax, EDI, and PUBNET.
Order Processing
Using the latest technology, most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Credit and Collections
We provide credit, billing, and collection services based on your criteria.
Inventory Management
You will receive detailed reports that enable you to make critical decisions about your inventory. We maintain all inventories in Press-owned buildings.
Returns Management
We process returns daily. You establish your own returns policies.
