Through our ongoing collaboration with the Catawba Nation, the Galleries, College Farm, and Departments of History, Biology, and Environmental Studies, will bring Loretta Barrett Oden to campus. A native Oklahoman and member of the Citizen Potawatomie Nation, Oden is an American chef, Native foods historian, food writer, and television show host.
Join us for a lunch prepared by Oden and campus chefs to learn about Indigenous foodways.
