Edible Institute 2023 will focus on the challenges and opportunities in our food system, with the narratives coming straight from those whose hands feed us.
We will hear from and share stories about the people whose daily grind is food and working it. Those growing it, distributing it, sourcing it, cooking it, and reimagining how we do all of the aforementioned in a way that’s better for the people and the planet.
