Three New York City friends try to confront midlife crisis with a dude-ranch-style cattle drive from New Mexico to Colorado. A comedy of errors and adventures unfolds, cowboy style. The film adds a dose of wise counsel from trail boss Curly, played by Western genre stalwart Jack Palance, who won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for this late role.
