Vicki May Penner (Chickasaw-Cherokee) holds a master’s degree in education, is a graduate of the Chickasaw Language Master/Apprentice Program, and spent twenty-five years in education, including the Chickasaw Language department. She is retail manager at the Chickasaw Cultural Center in Sulphur, Oklahoma.
