To fax your order, please print out and complete the downloadable order form. Fax the completed form to us at 800-272-6817 (24 hours). Customers outside the U.S. should fax to 919-962-2704 (24 hours).

Orders from individuals must be prepaid in U.S. funds. Checks and money orders must be drawn on a U.S. bank or charged to your VISA, MasterCard, or American Express card. If using American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa credit cards, billing name and address must match that which appears on the credit card statement. Credit cards will not be charged until your book order has been shipped. Card numbers are not kept on file and will need to be re-submitted with each new prepaid order. The charge on your credit card will show “Longleaf Services” as the vendor.
Orders shipped to NC, OK, PA, TN, WI, DC, NY must include the applicable sales tax for the ship to address.
Website discounts apply only to orders that are placed through the website via credit card.

Permission to return overstock is not required provided books are returned within eighteen months of sale. Books must be clean, undamaged, and saleable copies of titles currently in print as listed on our website. Full credit is allowed if the customer supplies a copy of the original invoice or the correct invoice number; otherwise maximum discount applies.
